Some Border Patrol agents took issue with President Joe Biden’s Tuesday pledge to secure the southern boundary with Mexico, saying he’s “full of s**t.”
“Folks, if we are to advance liberty and justice, we need to secure our border and fix the immigration system. And as you might guess, I think we can do both,” Biden said during his State of the Union Address.
“At our border, we’ve installed new technology like cutting-edge scanners to better detect drug smuggling. We’ve set up joint patrols with Mexico and Guatemala to catch more human traffickers. We’re putting in place dedicated immigration judges in significantly larger numbers so families fleeing persecution and violence can have their cases heard faster and those who don’t legitimately here can be sent back,” he claimed.
Some Border Patrol agents responded to Biden’s remarks in an interview with .
“Immigration judges usually tend to follow the tendencies or intentions of their appointing administration, that means I and many other agents have little faith in them to actually follow immigration law,” one agent said.
“The vast majority of these illegal aliens have no legitimate claims to asylum but administration-picked and taxpayer-funded lawyers will argue otherwise. Unemployment, inability to buy groceries, domestic violence, bad schools and bad weather are not legitimate claims, period,” he continued.
Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf tweeted: “That mention of border and immigration security was lip service. Nothing more. No vision, no strategy. Just a wish list and another hollow push for immigration reform legislation. I think the President may have forgotten he has authority to fix the crisis NOW.”

Another agent said: “Very few people within [Customs and Border Protection] believe this administration will actually secure the border, they just do not believe in it.
“All of their actions, comments, and practices are solely about pushing in as many illegal aliens as possible, not just those from the Americas but from around the world,” the agent continued.
“I laughed,” yet another agent said in response to Biden’s remarks.
“We all know he doesn’t care about secure borders,” a fourth agent added.
Last June, a Harvard/Harris poll found that a vast majority of respondents — 80% — believe illegal immigration has become a serious issue.
Respondents also believe that the issue is important enough that Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris need to pay it more attention.
In addition, 68% said that the administration is sending signals that are encouraging more illegal immigration.
Meanwhile, 55% percent of respondents said they believe former President Donald Trump’s border measures ought to be put back in place or should have never been altered.
