Donna Brazile tells RNC chief Ronna McDaniel to ‘go to hell’ over talk of brokered Dem convention

(USA Features) Fox News contributor Donna Brazile exploded at Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel on Tuesday for her statements about a possible brokered Democratic convention.

Brazile’s tirade began after she was asked by “America’s Newsroom” hosts to address McDaniel’s comments made earlier in the program.

“First of all, I want to talk to my Republicans. First of all, stay the hell out of our race,” Brazile, who was previously the Democratic National Committee chairwoman, said. “Stay the hell out of our race. I get sick and tired, Ed and Sandra, of listen[ing] to Republicans tell me and the Democrats about our process.”

“First of all, they don’t have a process,” Brazile continued, taking more shots at Republicans. “They’re canceling primaries. They have winner take all. They don’t have the kind of democracy that we see on the Democratic side.”

Continuing, she also claimed that McDaniel’s comments were those of Moscow.

“And for people to use Russian talking points to sow division among Americans — that is stupid,” Brazile said before turning her eyes on McDaniel. “So, Ronna, go to hell! This is not about — no, go to hell, I’m tired of it, Ed. We are not — we are not trying to prevent anyone from becoming the nominee.”

McDaniel, citing previous media reports involving Democrats who have attacked Sanders, observed that the party would try to rob him of the nomination at a brokered convention later this year.

Michael Ahrens, the GOP communications director, responded to the clip on social media commenting, “Rich coming from someone who helped Hillary cheat in the debates and went on a post-2016 book tour claiming the primary was ‘rigged.'”

Brazile was fired from CNN in October 2016 for providing presidential contender Hillary Clinton with questions ahead of televised debates with Sanders on more than one occasion.

She also wrote a book in which she claimed she had “proof” that Clinton “rigged” the 2016 nomination against Sanders.
